HOMEBUILDERS Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the State Director of HOMEBUILDERS®, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of general office clerical and administrative tasks related duties in support of the HOMEBUILDERS® teams.

The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with HOMEBUILDERS® Specialists and Supervisors to ensure documentation deadlines are met. Track all HOMEBUILDERS® invoices. Collaborate with HOMEBUILDERS® Specialists to schedule appointments and interviews and assists with initial intake paperwork. Provide clerical support to HOMEBUILDERS® Teams. The Administrative Assistant will assist in client survey collection to support evaluation efforts Maintain and develop a clinical filing system. Facilitate the coordination of data and produces reports. Verify patient demographics and assist in the updating of patient information.

QUALIFICATIONS: Two years administrative experience and a minimum of a high school education required. Has a belief system and engages in faith practices that are compatible with those of the United Methodist Church.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Demonstrates practical application and experience with technology such as database functions/reports, Microsoft Word and Excel, internet/email usage, etc. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Exhibits strong customer services. Must be able to pass standard background checking, including: drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry, and Sex Offenders Registry.
