HOMEBUILDERS® is an evidence-based, in-home crisis intervention program designed to keep families together. It serves families referred by the state when a child is at imminent risk of being placed in foster care, group homes, or other state-funded care settings. The program also supports families whose children are transitioning back home after out-of-home placement.

Who Is Eligible?
